The Studio

Established in 2002,  Bodywork-Pilates is the areas leading Pilates studio, offering a full timetable of Pilates Mat, Pilates Apparatus and online classes, plus private tuition for those that prefer a more personalised approach.

Our beautiful studio in Cefn-y-bedd, near Wrexham is fully equipped with 9 top of the range Peak Reformers, plus other specialist studio equipment. We are ground level, making access easy for those with light mobility issues, and have ample on site parking.

We also run 5 Pilates matwork classes from Gresford Trust Memorial Hall, including a chair- based class for those who need a more supportive and specific programme.

If you wish to immerse yourself more deeply into your practice, we run regular workshops, soundbaths and retreats.
