At bodywork-pilates, we offer a curated calendar of workshops, special classes, and community events tailored for every level - from curious beginners to seasoned movers. Each experience is guided by our expert instructors and rooted in our passion for movement, mindfulness, and connection.
Small Equipment Saturday
We are reintroducing our Small Equipment Saturday class at Gresford.
Every 1st Saturday of the month, we will add a different piece of small equipment, such as the foam roller, the squashy Pilates ball, the stability disc, yoga block, resistance band and more!
Our first SES will be at 9.00am on Saturday 6th September, so if you like a little something extra in your class, make sure you're there!

Camping Weekend
Friday 19th -Sunday 21st September
This is a social weekend of camping, walking, dipping and chilling.
Come for the whole weekend, part of it, or just join us for the day.
The site can accommodate tents, campers vans and caravans, with or without electric hook up.
The site, based about 10 minutes from Caernarfon, is perfectly situated for countless mountain hikes, lake dips and glorious scenic rests.

Summer Fundraiser
With so much happening at the studio over the next few weeks, we won't be running any in-studio fundraisers in July or August.
We are, however, continuing our ongoing fundraiser for Wrexham Food Bank.
