Pilates Matwork
Level 1 -    Beginners, rehabilitation & pregnancy.
Level 2 -    General level.
Level 3 -    Strong general-intermediate level.
Pilates Tone
Simple, no-nonsense body conditioning to strengthen and tone.
Pilates Equipment
Using large studio equipment such as reformers and springboard for the original Pilates class.
Plyo Pilates
An energetic and complete toning & strength class using Pilates studio equipment and challenging plyometric techniques. Pilates experience essential.
Pilates Spirals
A fluid, graceful choreographed fusion of dance, stretch and Pilates techniques. Simple but effective.
No experience required.
Pilates Barre-Non
Using Pilates & ballet techniques, this class uses weighted & midi balls, straps, hand weights and barre to tone, strengthen, lengthen and create grace. No experience required.
Cardio Pilates
A mix of Pilates and cardio work using studio equipment, kettlebells, treadmill, bike and rower. Training shoes required.
Buttilicious
An intense fast blast for the lower body using a variety of techniques and equipment. Training shoes required.

Bodywork-Pilates signature class -
Pilates Integrated Myofascial Massage System. Using foam rollers, myofascial balls and mini balls, this class will release tension in the connective tissue to improve joint mobility and flexibility and improve your general sense of well being.
Yin Yang Yoga
Long held passive postures combined with active yang practice, pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and relaxation.
Beginners Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga expert, Laura Bell, will guide you week-by-week through this more dynamic, flowing yoga.
Balance
A 'use it or lose it skill'. Challenge and improve yours with this speciality class.
StretchWorks
Classic guided stretching to address tightness in the hamstrings, lower back, pelvis and shoulder girdle.
Monday Mix
a monthly changing class for fitness, fun and variety.
