Note - buy a block booking of 5 or 10 classes before the end of your 5 week Preliminaries course (or on the day of your 1 day intensive) and receive 1 class FREE.

Pilates Preliminaries- for the complete novice with no prior Pilates experience. Learn the basics principles of the Pilates technique in this 5 week introductory course. Please note - this course must be completed before joining a level 1 class.
Pilates Matwork Level 1 - Beginners, rehabilitaion & Pregnancy. Level 2 - General Level. Level 3 - Intermediate + Level.
Pilates R & R- Resistance & Release using resistance bands, rings, hand weights, weighted, mini and myofascial balls. Not suitable for beginners.
Pilates Equipment- working on studio reformers and specialist studio equipment to improve strength and enhance work learned in mat-based classes. Prior Pilates experience/Preliminaries course essential. (Please note - there is no class on the 1st Sunday of every month.)
Body Tone- choose your problem area and this class will target it. Simple, choreography-free, no-nonsense body conditioning to get you in shape and help you stay that way. Training shoes required.
Relaxing Yoga- Passive yoga stretches & guided relaxation for complete release. (Please note - there is no class on the 1st Sunday of every month.)
Yin Yang Yoga - Deep, passive Yin stretch with dynamic flow Yang practice will improve flexibility, circulation & strength & restore energy levels.
Yoga Preliminaries - a 5 week course for the complete beginner.
Weight Management - a weekly look at healthy living, exercise and weight loss/management. Training shoes required.
Charity Yoga Class - 1st Friday of the month only. Attendance by donation. All proceeds for 2010 to TBC. 5th March- Yoga for Swadisthana ......................................................................................................
